The Dutch Kooikerhondje Association was founded on February 11 1967, and was settled in Delft. This because of the historical relation to the Prince of Orange. The committee consists of a chairman, a secretary, a treasurer, and a maximum of six other members. The association has disposal of statutes in which the service tasks of the association in relation to the Kooikerhondje and its members are formulated. Beside that the association has club rules. AimThe aim of the association is the maintenance and amendment of the Kooikerhondje, the furtherance of the wellbeing for all dogs related to this breed, and the promotion of contact between dog lovers and breeders.
